Adora Svitak

What Svitak meant in her argument was that even kids have intelligence and adults make stupid decisions in life. Her point was that even adults need and children can help them. She knew what she was talking about, and people seemed to agree with her because they know she's right. She seems smarter than some of the richest and most powerful men in the world.

Need a Roommate

Looking for a roommate
This roommate can be a nice guy to hang out with.
But he must respect the property, split the rent, and clean up after himself.
I can respect his privacy as long as he respects mine.
I have no problem with pets in the apartment.
If interested contact Zack Cross.

Life of a Baseball

 Dear Diary,

Why? Why must I have perpetual agony every time someone decides it's fun through me into something or hit me with a ball? These barbaric people don't realize being hit with a bat is so painful that I pass out with one swing. Being thrown into a glove is painful, but not like going out of the park. Going out is what killed my cousin and tore a part of my skin. This is not what I hoped to do for my life, even a toilet doesn't have as much pain as me. One day I'll break and no one can play me and life leathery rubbery ads off when they cry about me.These people will one day see that things they use for fun are only expendable and they will their greedy ways. I hope it doesn't take long now.

Enthusiasm for My Education

In the past, my enthusiasm for my education would stem from my interest in certain subjects and what I feel is necessary in life. College and the business world have motivated me to to do better in school, so that I can have a career in life. Other forms of education have taught methods of defending myself, how to sing, and how to play the guitar. These are reasons s why I have enthusiasm for my education.

Courage

To me courage is something someone has when they do things that most people would not have the bravery to do; even if they get in trouble, or the situation is life threatening. I once had to summon up the courage to tell my Mom that I was not doing good in Spanish and did not seek extra help. When I told her, she was angry and she took away most of my electronic devices, and wouldn't't let me watch T.V. or play video games. She did tell me that although I slacked, I would have made it worse for myself if I had lied about doing poorly. I felt like a great weight had been lifted when I told her the truth. This seemed like courage to me, because I revealed the truth about something with the knowledge that I would get in trouble. This is what I did that symbolizes courageous.

      Goals

I have many goals that I would like to accomplish this year in high school. One of these goals is to be one of the best students in class, because when I apply for colleges, I want to reflect that I was a good student. Another goal I have is to get my driver's license, so that I won't have to be dependent on getting rides from other people. Because I love performing, I would like to get a lead in the school plays or get a solo in the concerts. These are the goals I would like to reach this year in school.
